Steadfast Fence Co collects the information you provide when requesting an estimate: contact details, property address, fence preferences, notes, and any photos you choose to upload. We use it to evaluate and respond to your request, schedule an on-site measure, prepare a quote, and keep records of our communications.
Calls and texts
If you check the optional consent box, we may call or text you about your request. Consent is not required to request an estimate or purchase services. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Attribution and analytics
We record the page and referral information that brought you to our site, including campaign parameters and ad click identifiers when present, in first-party cookies for up to 90 days. Optional Google Ads and CallRail measurement scripts only load if you allow measurement. You can decline without affecting your request.
Storage and sharing
We use service providers for hosting, database storage, photo storage, and optional lead notifications. We may share project details with our estimator and installation partners as needed to provide a quote or perform work. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us through the estimate form and noting “privacy request.” We may retain information when needed for legal or business records. You can clear site cookies in your browser.
